Coaching usually takes place on Court 12 (acrylic & floodlit) or Court 11 (artificial clay).
ALEX MORRIS is a LTA Senior Club Coach
Described by Warren Jacques, the renowned international coach and British Davis Cup Captain, as having "the best forehand of a 10 year old I've ever seen", Alex was Surrey County 10 & Under champion at just turned 9. He went on to represent Surrey at Junior (U18) County Week first when only 15, and played Satellites in Egypt a year later. Now back playing competitively, he is The Wimbledon Club Open Singles and Doubles Champion, and leads out The Wimbledon Clubs Men's 1st team on a regular basis.
Alex personally runs our successful and expanding Junior and Mini Tennis programmes. He privately coaches Juniors and Adults of all levels from Improvers to Team Standard and also runs weekly Junior Performance Squads

Rod Booth is a LTA CCA (Performance) Coach
Rod was previously a member of the Wimbledon Club coaching team between 1998 and 2009 teaching and running Friday evening juniors. He was also Head Coach and a founder member of Champs UK, which ran professional holiday camp courses at various venues throughout Surrey, including The Wimbledon Club.
He captained and played for Wigmore LTC’s Mens 1st team for 9 years. Rod has also done a stint of coaching for Barclays at the O2 ATP World Tour Finals in 2011.
He has been a PWP Sports franchisee and has years of sports retail, racket technology and stringing experience.
Rod runs our Adult coaching programme and you will see him on court doing the mix-ins, play-ins and adult group coaching. He is also available for adult and junior private lessons, as well as adult groups, Monday to Saturday.

Rachel Oakeshott is a LTA DCA Coach
Rachel has been a playing member since 1997 and been coaching at the club since 2003 after achieving the LTA Development Coaches Award.
Rachel coaches part-time, and began coaching the juniors with Lesley, Tim and Rod on Friday evenings.
Rachel mainly provides individual lessons for beginners and improvers both junior and adult and has a relaxed coaching style.
Has recently restarted the mix-in sessions on Friday evenings between 4-6pm for the girls, offering our juniors some time to socialise and enjoy some fun tennis.
Usually found on court between 3-6pm most afternoons as well as a few early morning lessons.
