Development Plans
Plans have been approved by Merton Council for an air dome to provide two additional indoor courts from October to April and to convert a grass court to acrylic together with additional floodlighting to provide additional capacity and a choice of surfaces in winter.
Phase 1 - Autumn 2009 - COMPLETE
Resurface court 15 with artificial clay
Upgrade floodlighting to 'county' standard
Floodlight court 9
Phase 2 - Summer 2010 (Subject to approval)
Install ring beam around courts 4, 10 and 11
Construct and surface courts 4, 10 and 11 with artificial clay
Install air dome
Convert courts 8 and 9 to artificial clay
