Cricket Grounds

 

Wimbledon CC runs our senior cricket from 3 main grounds for appropriate junior facilities go to appropriate pages.


1st Ground: The Wimbledon Club, Church Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5AGTelephone: 020 8971 8090   

 

By Car: From the M25, take the A3 north coming off at Tibbetts Corner roundabout, which is the A219 intersection. Take the A219 towards Wimbledon . Turn Left just under a mile along the A219 into Queensmere Road, and continue to the end where you turn right into Church Road, the club is on the left opposite the main gate of the All England Club.   

By Public Transport: The Tube, District Line, Southfields Station, walk 600 yards in the direction of The All England Lawn Tennis Club, along Wimbledon Park Road, and the club is on the left opposite the All England Clubs main gate.

2nd Ground: LSE Sport Ground, Windsor Avenue, New Malden, Surrey . KT3 5HB Tel and fax: 020 8942 1229 

 

By car: From A3, take the turning for the New Malden Fountain roundabout Follow sign posts for Kingston (A203) Turn left immediately before the railway bridge into South Lane Follow the road round and take the 5th turning on the right into Cotsford Avenue Continue to the end of the road and turn left at the T-Junction 

The sportsground is approximately 100m along on the right   

By public transport: The sportsground is a train ride from the main School site in Houghton Street from Waterloo Station to either Berrylands or New Malden. Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. 

Directions from Berrylands station: Walk up the hill out of the station, turn left at the roundabout. Walk down to the next roundabout and turn left following the foot/cycle path that passes between the park and sportsground, at the road (Windsor Avenue) turn right, LSE sportsground is the second on the right.

3rd Ground: Oberon Sports Ground, Lindisfarne Road, SW20 0NW  

 

 

 

By Car: From M25, take the A3 north, coming off at the A238. Head towards Raynes Park for about 200 yards, turning left at the mini-roundabout into Copse Hill. Take the third left, into Lindisfarne Road
